At My Good Friend, we want you and your furry friend to love our smart pet gadgets. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must not be damaged by pets
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Software downloads
- Personalized/custom items
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Products damaged by improper use
How to Start a Return
- Email us atΒ M.saeedi.1397@gmail.comΒ with your order number
- We’ll provide a return shipping label (cost deducted from refund for UK returns)
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any post office or collection point
Refund Process
Once we receive your item:
- Inspection within 3-5 business days
- Refund approval email sent
- Credit to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- You’ll receive confirmation from your bank

Want to exchange? Faster to return for refund and place new order. For defective items, we cover return shipping and send replacement immediately.
Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, then email us if still unresolved.
